Due to COVID-19 we have updated our policies and practices within the clinic to ensure your safety as our patients, and to reduce further spread of the virus. Below we have an updated guide for new and old patients attending our practice.

Patient pre-screening

You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire containing information about COVID-19 symptoms. (We request that if you have experienced any symptoms in the last 14 days, to not book appointments).

Face mask/ coverings

We request for all patients to wear face masks or coverings unless you are exempt at all times until seen by your dentist.

Social distancing

We have social distancing measures in place around the clinic, except for the treatment rooms. Please attend your appointment alone unless necessary.

Arrive on time

Arrive on the time to avoid an overlap of patients in the clinic between appointments.

Personal protection Equipment

All our dentists and dental nurses are required to wear enhanced PPE suits to ensure both your safety and their own. Our clinic staff are also required to wear face masks at all times.

Hand sanitiser and washing

We have made available hand sanitisers and hand washing stations in our clinic for all patients to use.

Advanced air purifiers

We have put in place Dyson® pure cool air purifiers in all our treatment rooms which kill all airborne COVID-19 particles to ensure the upmost safety for all our patients

Contactless payment
